These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by Dacre SRL (the "Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the services, website, applications, or content made available by the Company (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
The Company provides access to digital content and related services via an online platform. Access may be subscription-based or provided on a one-time purchase basis, as described at the time of purchase. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time in accordance with applicable law.
Prices, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
The Services may include a seven (7) day free trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the applicable fees will be charged.
Payments are processed by third‑party payment providers. The Company does not store full payment card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract.
By creating an account, starting a free trial, or accessing the digital content and Services immediately, you expressly request immediate performance of the Services. You acknowledge that, once access to the digital content has begun, you may lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the platform, or using the Services for unlawful purposes. You may post comments in designated community areas only and must do so in a lawful, respectful, and non-infringing manner.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks displayed in connection with the Services are the property of the Company or its licensors. The Services and all materials made available through them are protected by applicable Belgian, European Union, and international intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or mandatory law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, or exploit any part of the Services for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The Services allow users to post comments in community sections only. You retain ownership of your comments.
By posting comments, you grant the Company a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and make such comments available solely for the operation and moderation of the community features. You represent that your comments do not infringe the rights of third parties.
The Company respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content made available through the Services infringes your rights, please notify the Company in writing with sufficient information to assess the claim. The Company may remove or restrict access to content in accordance with applicable law. Knowingly submitting false or misleading notices may give rise to liability.
The Services may integrate or link to third‑party services. The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, excluding conflict of law principles and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium. This clause does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
